\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs the successor to the Lviv Theological Academy founded by Sheptytsky, the Ukrainian Catholic University established the UCU Medical Clinic following the Metropolitan\u2019s will. This project was in development for many years, and the official opening of the medical institution took place on May 22, 2024, in Lviv.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis startup was nurtured and cherished by the UCU team, and its purpose is to serve for the benefit of the individual, the community, and Ukraine, as Metropolitan Andrei Sheptytsky bequeathed to his descendants. The beginning of the full-scale invasion and the new challenges of war prompted UCU to rethink the idea of creating a medical institution, expanding the \u2018menu\u2019 of services for the community, and giving more attention to healing the wounds of war through rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and psychological support of veterans and those who suffer from military actions.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We are laying ethical foundations for the development of our work. It is important that the services we provide are founded on evidence-based medicine, that the doctor-patient relations are respectful and recognize the dignity and sanctity of the human body and soul.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
