We offer free medical care, physical therapy or occupational therapy services, and mental health support psychological assistance for veterans and their families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Veterans Support Package + includes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primary and specialized medical care (including laboratory testing and vaccinations)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 sessions of physical therapy or occupational therapy\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 psychotherapy sessions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to all available medical services at our facility\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udccd Who can get the package?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Veterans and their first-degree family members<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; First-degree family members of the fallen heroes\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; First-degree family members of the missing persons in war<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Former prisoners of war and their first-degree family members<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; First-degree family members of individuals who are currently in captivity\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udccd How to confirm eligibility:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; For veterans: an official document confirming veteran status.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; For families of the fallen, missing, or prisoners of war:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0documents verifying the military status of the individual and proof of kinship (e.g., birth or marriage certificate);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an extract from the National Information Bureau (NIB);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0a screenshot from the personal profile in the Coordination Headquarters platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Services under the Veterans Support Package+ are provided free of charge by the UCU Medical Clinic for up to three months or until donor funding is exhausted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udccd How to apply?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please contact our medical center to register.
