Thanks to donor funding, the UCU Medical Clinic has developed a comprehensive Veterans Support Package +. We offer free medical care, physical therapy or occupational therapy services, and mental health support psychological assistance for veterans and their families.
The Veterans Support Package + includes:
Primary and specialized medical care (including laboratory testing and vaccinations)
10 sessions of physical therapy or occupational therapy
10 psychotherapy sessions
Access to all available medical services at our facility
📍 Who can get the package?
– Veterans and their first-degree family members
– First-degree family members of the fallen heroes
– First-degree family members of the missing persons in war
– Former prisoners of war and their first-degree family members
– First-degree family members of individuals who are currently in captivity
📍 How to confirm eligibility:
– For veterans: an official document confirming veteran status.
– For families of the fallen, missing, or prisoners of war:
- documents verifying the military status of the individual and proof of kinship (e.g., birth or marriage certificate);
- an extract from the National Information Bureau (NIB);
- a screenshot from the personal profile in the Coordination Headquarters platform.
*Services under the Veterans Support Package+ are provided free of charge by the UCU Medical Clinic for up to three months or until donor funding is exhausted.
